A Reiki Session for Children (up to 12 years old) is a gentle and nurturing experience designed to support emotional balance, relaxation, and overall well-being in a safe and calming environment. Using soft, non-invasive energy techniques, the session helps ease stress, reduce anxiety, and restore natural harmony within the child’s body and energy system. Sessions for children are intentionally shorter than those for adults, as younger clients naturally have shorter attention spans and require a more adaptable, child-friendly approach.
